Our Home Learning Policy outlines how we work in partnership with families to support every child’s holistic education — both in school and at home.
It reflects our belief that meaningful collaboration between parents, carers, and teachers helps children develop curiosity, independence, and confidence in their learning.

This page also provides useful links and high-quality learning resources that families can use to reinforce key areas of learning taking place in the classroom. These resources are carefully selected by our teachers to help children practise fluency in reading, handwriting, spelling, and mathematical recall — areas where regular short practice makes a big difference.
In line with our policy, no formal homework is set until Upper Key Stage 2, but parents are encouraged to engage in everyday learning experiences that support curiosity and skill development. For older pupils, homework tasks and digital resources are shared through our school platforms, with guidance and support from class teachers.
By using the resources and links on this page, along with all learning information shared on ClassDojo, families can help ensure continuity between school and home, celebrate learning together, and support every child to thrive.
